Coordinated Transit Plan Development Public Meeting (Gary)
The Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC) is developing a coordinated public transit human services transportation plan. This Coordinated Transit Plan is a federal requirement in order to received funding that provides resources for eligible transit operators to improve the mobility for people with disabilities, people who are elderly, and people who are low income.
